Pallas (England) 1984

MUSIC BOX , Argentine progressive rock website says about this group and their album English:

"Although Pallas traces its origins and initial stage of musical evolution in the time and neoprog batch place, is particularly distinguished style of Marillion and Pendragon, for example. The sound of Pallas is based largely on the influence of Rush 77-81 and pomp of more rocker Wakeman, as well as in some the melancholic vibe of Pink Floyd 75-77, and the precious energy of hard rock (Rainbow). The taste of driving on a notoriously vocal harmonies into something we can remember to Yes. It's no wonder that the repertoire of this album has songs with obvious hook punch and a waste rock: the catchy 'Shock Treatment' and 'Arrive Alive' and the powerful 'Cut & Run' make us very clear that. In fact, 'Cut & Run' is a good example of the ability of Pallas to build a sequence of good musical ideas varied enough to keep the listener's interest, but without departing from the song format. "
